Professional Pilot Course
The Professional Pilot Course at Millennium Aviation is structured for individuals aspiring to pursue a professional career in aviation. The program takes students from zero flight experience to becoming a fully licensed Commercial Pilot with advanced ratings such as Night Rating, VFR Over-the-Top (VFR OTT), and Multi-Engine Instrument Rating (MIFR).
Students will begin training in the Cessna 150 for fundamental flight skills, progress to the Cessna 172 for advanced maneuvers, and complete their multi-engine training in the Piper Cherokee or equivalent. This comprehensive program prepares students to meet Transport Canada requirements and equips them with skills for a competitive edge in the aviation industry. Preparing for Your Travel to Canada
Before traveling to Canada, ensure that you meet the eligibility requirements and have all the necessary documentation. To enter Canada as an international student, you must have either a valid study permit or a letter of introduction confirming your study permit approval—unless exempt—and be enrolled at a designated learning institution (DLI). It is recommended that you plan your arrival as early as possible after receiving your documents to avoid peak travel times in late August, early September, and early January. To obtain a study permit for training at Millennium Aviation Ltd., you need to provide the following documents and information to the Canadian Consulate:
A. Letter of Acceptance: An original Letter of Acceptance from Millennium Aviation Ltd. is required. To receive this letter, please complete our Application Form with the following details:
- Full name (as it appears on your passport)
- Current address
- Telephone number
- Fax (if applicable)
- Email address
- Emergency contact information
- Date and place of birth
- Expected arrival date in Canada
- Expected duration of stay in Canada
- Course you are applying for
- A photocopy of your valid passport
- The application for the Letter of Acceptance requires a deposit fee of $5,000 CAD, of which $1000 CAD is non-refundable.
B. Proof of Financial Support: You must demonstrate sufficient funds to cover your course fees, living expenses, and return transportation.
C. Valid Study Permit: A valid study permit is mandatory for the entire duration of your training.
D. Foreign Academic Credentials and English Proficiency – Academic Requirements: A Grade 12 education or equivalent is required to start training. Applicants must submit a High School Diploma and transcript for validation before receiving a Letter of Acceptance. Credential evaluation services like WES can assist in verifying qualifications.
English proficiency
Proof of English proficiency is mandatory. Students must pass the Transport Canada Aviation Language Proficiency Test (English) before receiving a Letter of Acceptance. Accepted tests include:
- IELTS – Minimum score: 6
- TOEFL – Minimum score: 70

E. Medical Examination: Applicants from specific countries may need to pass a medical exam before receiving a visa. For more details, visit the Immigration Canada Medical Information Page.
F. Aviation Medical Clearance: All students, regardless of their country of origin, must pass an aviation medical examination conducted by a Canadian Civil Aviation Medical Examiner. A list of approved examiners is – Canada.ca. How to Apply for Aviation Medical Certificate.
G. Security Screening: If you are 18 or older, a security check is required. Further details can be found on the IRCC Website.

Enrollment Deposit
International students pay Application fee of $5,000 CAD at the time of application, of which $1000 CAD is non-refundable. Student must deposit Tution fee of $5,000 within 30 days of receiving their letter of acceptance. This deposit allows Millennium Aviation to issue the Fee Deposit Letter, confirming that you have paid a total of CAD 10,000 to the college.
This deposit secures your seat in the program and is applied toward tuition and fees. The remaining balance is due when studies begin. The deposit ensures a high-quality learning experience and helps Millennium Aviation Ltd allocate program spaces effectively, as late withdrawals make it difficult to fill spots with other qualified applicants.
